InstanceGuard is operated by LivTeq LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Data we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and organization when you sign up.
- Instance connection data — the ServiceNow instance URL and read-only credentials you provide.
- Assessment data — configuration records read from your instance to run the checks (including script bodies and the usernames of privileged-role holders — see Security for the exact scope), and the findings/report produced from it. We do not read operational or business records (incident, HR, etc.).
- Usage data — Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate page views, no cookies.
How we use it
- To produce your risk assessment and report.
- To operate, secure, and support the service.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your instance data to train AI models.
Subprocessors
We rely on these third parties to run the service:

Data retention
InstanceGuard does not currently auto-expire data. Account data, assessment data, and reports are retained until you request deletion. See Security for how deletion works.
